Singing with a Smile !

When we look at the smiles on these children standing in the latest addition to classrooms and learning center, it can be a little tough to understand that smile though life all around them changes, daily, yet they love to smile.

Their smile is not for the camera specifically, but for the joy they see in their lives regardless of the situation that may otherwise appear hopeless. They are an example of having a song in their hearts. Outsiders who are looking in from a different point of view of life itself may not understand, but these children do understand.

Too many in this world, even in the USA are struggling in the same or even worse conditions or circumstances in many ways. To them without having a song inside them they never smile or even boast of anything good much less cry out with joy at the most simple of blessings. In the lyrics from the song that is also the title of this blog entry, the beautiful words flow forth like the smile on the children of Give Hope Ministries International. what follows is a portion of those lyrics:

In our Founder/CEO’s tag line that appears in his emails states, “ When you are down to nothing, GOD is up to something.” It is a great way to cause a smile, because when GOD is up to something, it will certainly bring a smile that you can’t help but start singing with a smile.

Try going around for a week and when ever you are around anyone, known or unknown, just smile. They will be lifted, you will be lifted and in some way they will become so curious as to why you smile all the time.

When you can see that the storms don’t last forever, then today is filled with plenty and there is no reason to worry or be anxious, for GOD is Love, the giver of Grace, has enduring Mercy, pouring out kindness, filled with joy, bringing Peace. ( Galatians 5:22-23) is the fruits of the Spirit and in the smiles of those who Love the Lord, one or all can become filled with the fruit of the Spirit, thus being spilled over to others.

We are very grateful for all that GOD has placed in the children’s lives where many are a partner, a donor, a prayer warriors, a teacher and a caregiver for and with Give Hope Ministries International. One day GOD put it in the heart of Willy Ouma, one day when even he was once a child and accepted the better gift though himself an Orphan child of Jesus Christ.

Where there is Love, one can never stop singing for all that Jesus Christ paid so that we could chose to smile and never be kept from singing with the joy that fills us daily, no storm or abundance of calm can deter one who has a song in their heart..

We can see in the children of Proverbs Primary School in Busia Uganda, they have no desire to be kept from singing about what our Lord Jesus Christ as done, is doing and shall do, along with YOU who are one of the largest reasons we know, How can I keep from singing? when YOU make us smile !!

Look into your own life, ask for the eyes of your heart to be opened so that regardless of a Pandemic or strife, storms, volcano’s , unrest in the hearts of many, let nothing keep you from singing.

We give Glory to GOD for each of the children and for YOU, being those that in compassionate Love help us. So smile and never be kept from singing with a song to bring a smile because Jesus Loves you this You know for the Bible (His Holy Word) tell you so.
